Welcome!

Welcome to my blog! I, spadoodles, will be your faithful (that's the plan) author and contributor from here on out. I realize that I am sending this post into the vast expanse of cyberspace with the chance of a human stumbling upon it to be at a minimum, but alas, here I am. I find journaling my daily thoughts to be a fun way of seeing where God has brought me throughout the years. Let me tell you a little about myself to start this blog off in the proper way. (I think it necessary to know at least a few details about the life of a blogger you choose to peer in upon).

First and foremost, I am a follower of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ. HE died for me; I live for HIM. I will forever be grateful for HIS unending love and HIS constant molding me into the person HE wants me to be.

Next, my amazing family. God has blessed me with the most incredible family. Always loving, supportive, and encouraging, I don't know how I would exist without them.

Currently, I am a student at the University of California, Davis as an undeclared biological sciences major. Ever since the 8th grade, I have been fascinated with God's creation and how science endeavors to explain it. One of my many dreams is to further my studies in biology and eventually perform medical research to help those in need.

So, there you have it: A short narrative of myself.

I think it also important to explain the name of my blog. "Enlarged to Show Texture" was the name of a blog that my older sister and I shared some time ago. It was a joy to be a part of that blog with her, and I wanted to continue under the same name.
